All of us have the ability to heal ourselves, all we need is faith and tools. 

I expose and train professionals and curious people for training and therapeutic tools, in order to strengthen and trust their existing guidance and treatment abilities.

Over the years I have acquired a variety of knowledge and tools as a manager in a national social organization, as a personal trainer, group facilitator and therapist. 

I Work both individually and in groups

Something that inspired me lately

My last inspiration comes from a conversation with a woman suffering from chronic pain all over her body. The way she copes with the disease has filled me with passion for life, a mission to help and to respect every moment of my life
